Grundig is a home appliance and consumer electronics German industry founded in 1930 by max grundig

The company is popular for the production of domestic apliances, consumer electronics, personal care.

Grundig and Wurzer began with establishing a store named Furth in 1930, they were dealing with the sales of radios in this era.

After, the second worldwar, they thought about how essential radio will be to people in Germany as they saw that people will need to be informed at all times, they finally produced a kit in 1947.

In the 1940s, Grundig started a German company, the company gained popularity immediately because of the radio he had made the previous years.

The company created the first German television in 1952, they developed to a portable tape recorder after he created the television. At thus time, Grundig was the largest radio manufacturer in Europe.

In 1981, Grundig produced the ever first color television, the following year, he created a second generation notepad which was developed and marketed.

In the late 2000, Grundig relocated from Furth to Nuremberg-Lanwasser, in 2003, Grundig suffered bank bankruptcy which made Alba PLC and Beko jointly take over Grundig home media system in 2004. Later in 2007, Alba sold its half of the business to its partner, Beko.

Today, Grundig's headquarters are in Istanbul the company had since employed an additional 1,000 people in production. the company is now organised into three groups which are;
