The iPad includes two apps to manage your time, Calendar and Reminders; the App store has hundreds of other programs to help you stay productive. With Calendar, you create appointments and events and view them by month, day or week. The app supports shared calendars and invitations using Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendar accounts. The Reminders app sounds alerts to remind you of tasks and events. Programs such as Apple's iWork and other software available through the App Store let you put together documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other necessary tools for business.

Facebook and Twitter as well as whatsapp have become an important aspect of marketing for many businesses. The iPad has built-in Twitter integration, simplifying posts to this popular service.
